Bootloader unlock repair method for Redmi Turbo 5 / Poco X8 Pro (klee), Redmi Turbo 5 Max / Poco X8 Pro Max (dash), and other MTK devices.
You need to flash the ENG ROM onto the device.
Back up the EFS.
Wipe the EFS.
Perform an IMEI repair in Meta mode.
Perform the IMEI repair again in ADB mode, ensuring the "bootloader unlock" option is *not* selected.
Options labeled CSSD and LDI will appear on the screen; select CSSD.
Flash the Global ROM onto the device using the FASTBOOT FLASHER section—do not forget to select the "bootloader unlock" option!
The device will boot up with an NV data error; this is normal. Switch the device to FASTBOOTD mode (note: FASTBOOTD, not FASTBOOT).
Perform the "fix nvdata" operation as shown in the image; the system will ask for `super.img` and `vbmeta.img`, so select these from the firmware package you installed. Once the process completes successfully, the device will boot up.
NOTE: The device will not receive OTA updates!
NOTE 2: You can update the device manually, but you will need to flash the firmware with the "bootloader unlock" option selected and perform the "fix nvdata" operation again.
