Chimera update - Unlock / Relock Bootloader & General Improvements

Unlock / Relock Bootloader Added
A new Unlock / Relock Bootloader procedure is now available for devices based on the Qualcomm SM8850 and SM8845 chipsets.
The procedure works in EDL mode and allows you to unlock or relock the bootloader on supported devices.
Besides the devices listed below, the procedure is expected to work on other Oppo, Vivo, Motorola, and Qualcomm-based devices as well, depending on programmer availability.
The following devices are currently supported:
- ZTE Nubia Z80 Ultra (tested)
- ZTE Nubia RedMagic 11 Pro
- ZTE Nubia RedMagic 11 Pro+
- ZTE Nubia RedMagic 11S Pro
- ZTE Nubia RedMagic 11S Pro+

Samsung Qualcomm Improvements
New programmers have arrived for Samsung Qualcomm.
The following models and BIT versions are supported:

- Samsung Galaxy F14 (SM-E145F) (BITC)

- Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G (SM-S918B) (BITA)
- Samsung Galaxy S24 (SM-S921U) (BIT6)
- Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra (SM-S928B) (BIT6)
- Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro WiFi (SM-T630) (BITB)
- Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 5G (SM-F731B) (BIT7)

On the devices above, the following procedures are now available: Factory Reset, Remove FRP, Get Info, Remove FMM, Remove MDM, Repair Boot, Root, Repair Serial, CSC Change, Remove Knoxguard (*), Reset Battery Status.

General Improvements
- Added a new border customization option in Settings.
- Improved Network Factory Reset (Eligible) procedure.
- Updated the integrated Magisk version.
- Fixed an issue where devices stuck in Samsung Modem Mode.
- The region selector is now displayed again after logging out.
